What I collect

When you send the booking form, I receive your name, your email, and what you write about the shoot. The site may also record basic usage data, such as pages visited.

How I use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, plan and deliver your shoot, and send invoices. I don’t sell or share your information for advertising.

Who else sees it

The service that hosts this website and processes the form, and the gallery service used to deliver your images. Each handles your data only to provide that service.

How long I keep it

Inquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information I hold by emailing studio@jonahvalestudio.com. I’ll delete anything tax law doesn’t require me to keep.

Do Not Track

This site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
